congrats medha! I wonder whether the time frame of ND matters or I-140 approval matters. I observed that most of the concurrent cases irrespective of original ND are getting approved within 2-3 months of I-140 approval. At least in Eb1-OR/NIW cases.

New pass port just takes 3-4 days!!

I shouldnot care ideally especially when this one is not concurrent but probably due to uncertainity of things related to I-485.... i need to care and work on it half heartedly.

yup! I agree! You can file H1 Extension I beleive in one of teh column for H1 you can provide info about your GC applications. My guess is that You will get I-485 approved before that as NSC is hurrying up atleast for I-485 now a days!

Is it possible to file EB2 NIW with (by my boss) and without labor (by myself) both at same time? I am aware in former case we need to apply for labor and wait for long time!!! apology if question is appearing silly!
