Hi friends, Me and my wife are planning to go for H1B and H4 stamping in Canada. Can we both appear for the visa stamping at the same day same time? Or I have to get H1 stamp and then my wife can appear for H4 visa stamping. Please advise. THanks sunny

Multinational companies dont care for H1 transfer fees. If they said they do not sponsor means they can not process your h1b. You need to have paystub for month of october to transfer your h1b to new company. Please correct me freinds. Sunny
