No Title as of today NSC currently processing 485 RD/ND Aug 1999. Now guess How many days/months/years they will take process your application. You got FP doesn\'t mean you will be getting GC in 3 or 6 months. It might even take years. we cant help.. except to pray god.. NSC sucks

No Title I was born in remote village and they told me they cant issue Non availability certificate as there was no such concept. Only Municipalities issue non availability certificates

No Title there were.. just look at old postings.. u should have asked the question based on RD/ND as they process applications like that and they wil llook for whether PD current or not at the time of adjudication
