No Title Yes. My attorney told me once that you can apply for AP at the Bloomington office... it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to get an AP in normal mode. For emergency cases they issue one within 24 hours. While I didn\'t file for an AP, I got my EAD at the Bloomington office. Good Luck
