    Welcome notice is for kids. When the primary applicant gets approval the applicant kids will get the welcome notice. If your friend himself got the welcome notice, well ... something is wrong.

    RFE after 13mths & 11Days

    At least something is moving from your side. RFE should be for simple reasons. Do not worry. In my case I am not seeing anything at all. Even Oct end filers are getting approvals. Thanks to INS for such prolonged nightmare.

    Your lawer gets a copy. All the correspondence from INS will be sent to your lawer first and you get a copy of it. So even if you move to new place there is nothing to worry as long as the lawer communicates with you promptly. Please do file AR-11 if you move to NJ and advice the lawer to...

    Don't say your RD is really in 2002 ... If you confirm that your RD in 2002, lot of people will get a jolt. Mine is Sep 10/2001 and still waiting.
