This morning I received the 5 emails for my welcome notice. It's really a great relief after almost 5 years waiting, 6 years binding to the same employer.

Another LUD today
I just saw an LUD change on my I485 case, no change on my spouse yet. Got letter from USCIS that my spouse is under background investigation earlier. Let me cross my fingers hope for the best.

My PD is Feb 2002 and is current. I got "your case should be processed in the first quarter of FY07" from washington though NSC said my case has been assigned to an officer and are pending review.
Thanks, acrossjz, for your good wish and understanding. We tried to contact the USCIS by either email or phone. We were told it's under review and have assigned to an officer. You still got to have patience. 30 days, 60 days and 6 months are USCIS's standard time slot.
