Mine was sent to NY DOL on 12/4 My lawyer told me that NJ SESA sent a note to him saying my case was sent to NY DOL on 12/4. Any idea how long it takes from there? Also, any chance things might go wrong?

What tpye of company is yours Can you tell us what type of company is yours if you don\'t want to name it here. ie. industry, # of employees and area of jobs of those returned..... BTW, My lawer just spoke to the case manager at tranton and was informed that they were short handed recentlly...

Feb 2nd, RIR EB3 My lawer contact NJ DOL and got a request for additional info just a few days ago......

No request My lawer told me that she was informed by NJ SESA that they were working on my case and additional info would be requested while calling them regarding my application. Then later on the SESA tald her they have everyting they need.......so all we have to do is to keep our fingurs...

How about Feb? Mine is filed on Feb 2 and still haven\'t heard anything yet. Anybody from Feb categary got approved?
