Congratulations for the 45 day letter, Texancanadian !
I guess by this year end, most of us will get the 45 day letter. Then they will start processing NONRIR applications by sending the ad instructions. You would be the first to get it. Please let us know as soon as you get it.
Thanks !
Thanks gc_2006 !
Thanks gc_2006 ! Appreciate it.
She can get the work experience letters containing the details for the fulltime coop period. Also, she has 2 yrs of H1 in her hand. Present employer position is unstable, so EB3 non-rir in long run is risky. If EB2 perm goes through, at the most...
Is coop experience counted towards BS + 5 yrs in PERM EB2 ?
A friend has done her BS and has 4yrs and 7 months of fulltime work experience. She also has 5.5 months of full time coop experience, which she did while doing BS. She has a EB3 NONRIR/TR application in BEC, PD May 2004, with no...
Guys,
RDODA, whose case was also stuck with Enterject, got the D- number in the screen shot. Why does it show Region ?

Hi RDODA !
Hi RDODA,
Can you please let us know your PD ? Many guys who were stuck with Enterject, are waiting for the 45 day letter. Since your screen shot shows D- number, means it is fully data entered. Did you get the 45 day letter ?
Thanks !
Texancanadian,
As it is showing up as RIR for your case status and case source as "region", so your file may show up right at the begining of the RIR que. As far as 45 day letter is concerned, looks like DBEC people will first finish the abbreviated data entry of all cases till Sep, so no 45...
Thanks, Tracker_chicago !
So, that means nobody from SWA NONRIR cases have got supervised recruitment instructions from BEC. If and when anybody from SWA NONRIR cases gets a letter for supervised instructions from BEC please let us know !
Hi Tracker_chicago,
Just wanted to confirm that all the below NON-RIR cases had made it to Regional, right ? ie. they had finished the supervised recruitment process ?
Thanks !
Hingo,
My guess only some cases from x year ( some month of 2003, not sure) to y year (not sure) had been moved to Enterject, these are 14,000 cases. Also, it might be based as a block of applications from one company.
Since nisra's PD is 01 2003, so his case might have moved to DBEC either...
Hey labordrags,
As the data entry HAS to be done for the 14000 Enterject cases, and as the sytem itself generates the 45 day letter, so I am guessing, looking at the past performance of DOL, they will go through the 45 day letter thing for Enterject cases also. We can't expect anything better.....
Thanks for the info, Icarus !
One crazy question, please:
Does this 4000 sqft storage room have only one entrance or one front door and one back door ? Reason for asking this is 14,000 Enterject cases are finally being moved to DBEC from TWC today. So, will they be picked up first or last, for...
One more point to note
Guys,
H1 B quota was :
2000 : 2001 : 2002 : 2003 : 2004 : 2005
65k : 65k : 180k : 180k : 180k : 65k
We know that BECs are somewhere around 2001/2002 that too mostly Regional cases. With this situation itself we have EB3 Unavailable and possible EB2 retro soon.
What...
I agree, Great Guru.
Retro will help old guys of 2001.
But once BEC reaches SWA 2002 cases, for India /China..will it become unavailabe fast, say in 3-4 months in 2006, if we are looking at only 6405 visa numbers per quarter?
