Thanks maa_1456, Looks like cases from NJ processed in some other line than cases from NY. I have the same DOT and only God knows when those people take it :mad:

I suppose, the number 02-510-322 you gave us has been certified after January 14th. I think so, cause the number 02-509-970 posted on August 12 has been certified on January 14th.

That's what I meant. This is not an answer "no reply from DOL" after 3+ years waiting.

I expect a result no earlier than February-March. What do you think?

WantLabor, I was in the same situation as you. The quickest way is to accept the DOL's salary requirements.

Definitely he (she) can. My attorney called to the State DOL and found out the exact date they sent the case to the Regional.

You have the right number. The same thing happened with me either. But you have to keep calling and some day you will get a luck.

NY State to NY Regional was sent on 08/05/04 The case appeared in the system only in October. Registered in 10/01/04
