hi hangin2001: i think u should be getting your 45 day letter anytime now. however the approval date might a mid 2006 or later. we are seeing random approval even for mid 2002 cases so i believe yours might be comiing anytime this year. wish u all the luck.. -shagua

hi kanke: based on what you have provided i do believe she can get h1b as long as both of you are not out of status. i do suggest you consult an attorney regarding the h1b process because each case is different. talk to your attorney before you make the move. good luck.. -shagua

hi luckyz: the "case received date" from my screen shot shows the date BEC received my case. maybe now that they are pushing to issue the 45 day letter they input whatever date they want :p. the only thing i can show u how to look up your priority date is from the receipt that sesa first...
