Any body hv received approval from Philly BEC yet? Just curious, Does any body hv recd approval from Philly BEC yet? I hv recd 45 days letter on last week of Dec and also replied on the same week. Still haven't heard anything from them. Have they started the processing? Any Idea? Thanks

Yes, you are right. BEC has given a different No and I have got that No starting with ETA X-xxxxx-xxxxx ( May be Estimated Time of Approval :rolleyes: ;) )

Love Letter Just now contacted my lawyer and they confirmed that they also hv recd the "Love letter" . Applied on RIR March 2003 - VA Went to Philly DOL on August 2004 ;)

How to know that it is transferred to Regional Office? Is there any way to find out that whether my application has been moved from Virginia Labour Dept to Regional Office?
