    H1 renewal mailed 2 days before 6yr expiry

    Have no idea. I am in a worse situation. My LC got cleared in Dec 2002. My H1 expired on the 13th of Jan 2003. We filed I-140, I-485 and H1 extension on the 8th of Jan 2003. My lawyer told me it is not a problem. Lets hope she is right.
