    I am traveling outside of US this summer on AP. When I fill out I-94, what code for admission should I use? I have read somewhere that my admission status is E21 because my I-140 was approved in EB2 category. Thanks!

    I did the infopass... And the immigration officer told me that there are might be two reasons why my AOS is delayed: 1) changing employers 2) AOS from H-1B and he mentioned that the former H-1Bs are scrutinized by all kinds of agencies doing background checks (because of Sep 11th)
