Jagdeesh!! Have you talked to Lawyer about your case? I called my company and my company HR person talked with Arlida yesterday. Gurnani is supposed to speak with IIO today about my case. Do you have any news?

Jagdeesh ! I did not applied for AP and EAD. My company did not allowed me to do so. But, my wife has a EAD. I guess, I need to contact him about EAD renewal then I will talk about my case to. I will keep you posted.

Jagdish; You may be right; we can not fully believe whatever our lawyer says. In my case, too, lawyer never told me that they are applying for CP. But after when I ask them, they said that they always do this due to the fact that, then, both options remain open for client ( CP and I-485)...

Count me in: RD Jan 10; ND Jan 17; PD Nov. 99 I140- CP Spoke with lawyer and as per her, they have taken care of this I140-CP stuff and informed NVC not to sent papers to consulate. Also she added that they know the process and this should not delay the case. Hope she is right.

SamUSam Never called IIO, msg. changed automatically on Oct. 13 th, from "case not found" to "case received....". I only called FBI once to verify about my finger prints and they said they were OK and sent to VSC on the same day.

RD Jan 10; ND Jan 17; PD 11/99 EB2 RIR; FP May 17; AVM was saying \'Case not found \' till Oct. 13 th for all of us. Now it says " case received blah... " for me and my wife. But for my daughter it still says "case not found." Never applied for EAD.

My AVM changed on 15 th Oct. For me and my wife, but for my kid it is still " case not found" never spoke with IIO. Best luck to you ggreddy
