    No Title I think you can get EAD from local office 90 days after your 485 receipt date. How come you got your FP done when your 485 receipt date is 1/23/02.

    No Title As far as I know, you can get EAD from local INS office 90 days after EAD receipt date. It has nothing to do with your FP.

    FP According to AVM, INS sent FP notice for us on feb 7th. we haven\'t received it. No EAD yet.

    AP The dates vary from case to case. I got AP in 20 days. However, I didn\'t get EAD till now(50 days from RD).

    Quick question on RFE for DOB !!

    While filing 485, We submitted just the school leaving certificate for DOB. From the messages here, I gather that we may get RFE for that. We have the DOBs with us now. I am wondering is there any way of sending them to TSC to avoid RFE.

    Ours is a very unique situation. We come under TSC. Our lawyer mistakenly sent I140 application to VSC. However, it was approved and we filed 485 with TSC... Is my case going to be transferred to VSC again.. I am very worried that it may become a big problem while we approach final...

    Does FP notice depend on local INS office??

    I observed that Some people get their FP notice with in 2,3 months. Some wait for more time.. Why is it?? Does FP depend on something other than Receipt date.
