I did...... My case was supposed to be processed by SFO DOL as the RD is Aug 2004, RIR, filed from AZ. But, my case was skipped and sent to BEC. I received the 45 days letter on June 7th 2005.

I should have....... Zest, I wish I had filed the LC myself. I have an attorney who is good for nothing and hence in this big soup. My DOT is code is S/W Engg -031. No Layoffs and the irony is I work for the State Department.

Inquiring about the skipped case My case has been filed from AZ with a RD Aug 2004 and is skipped :( If I have my HR send an email to the DOL inquiring about the status, would they process it??? :(

Until Sep 2004 I guess you do not see your case in the list beacuse the list is only upto Sep 2004 which is the end of Fisical year.

small correction The PW with PERM should be a 100% match but, with the process before that, a 5% difference in the PW is acceptable. So, a Salary of 65K should not be a problem though the PW is 67K.

I think your case must be still in SFO and should be able to receive a descision in a month or so, at the rate they are processing the small states RIR cases.

Skipped case inquiry Did anybody get a chance to inquire about their skipped case with DOL. My case is one among the few skipped cases. I thought after completing August cases they would go back and re-process the skipped cases but, to my disappointment they moved on to approving cases received...
