I-140 Approved!! My case was approved today! I did NOT upgrade to PP, it was a regular EB2 case filed on 5/18/2006. This is such a releif. Thanks everyone for sharing all the useful information here.

So this would apply in my case as well. My file has not been touched since 7/29 and my RD is 5/22, and I am non-retro EB2 as well. But I am sure my company would not go premium since getting I-140 isnt blocking anything for me, so I guess I will just wait through a delay of a couple of months...

thats not true. Both I-131 and I-765 processing times are NOT pushed back. Actually they moved forward to May 25, 2006 and June 08. 2006 respectively. This just applies to I-140. Please check out NSC website for the right information...

I-140 dates pulled back!! The interesting thing is that its not only for NSC but TSC which was previously approving I-140 apps within 10 days, the date has been pulled back to Feb 23' 06 as well. there is something fishy, they cant just stop processing all those applications ahead of this time...

LUD buckets... Looks like we have three buckets of I-140 pending apps based on LUD changes: LUD 7/22: Cases mostly filed in April, early May. A lot of these are still pending though. LUD 7/29: Cases filed mid-late May and early June. None of them approved that I know of. LUD 8/12...

a bunch of people including my I-140 had a LUD on 7/29. I hope they are next in the queue for getting approved.

My AP had a receipt date of 5/22/2006. It got approved on July 6 and I got it on July 17.

I got a LUD change on my AP on 7/8/2006 which is a Saturday. Someone was working the weekend at NSC!? :)

Me and my wife's 485 is pending. Both of our EAD have been approved as of 6/26. There is no approval of our AP's yet, but only one of the AP's out of the two have a constant LUD update since 6/27. Does anyone know if EAD and AP should be approved at the same time and/or if the AP's are...

one of the people I know filed concurrently in dec 2005 and he got cards in mail by April 2006. So the ETA of 6 months you are talking about seems to be true.
