I guess you have a better chance. The problem that you don't know how many Egypatians are before you. Remeber no country can take more than 3500 Visas and Egyptians won 7220 Visas. And how many families will get 4 or 5 visas beore you. Risky isn't it. :(

I mean to say if your number is current in Sept or even in August , it is a big risk because you will have to pay all the money and wait for the clearance which might take more than 2 months. I read about cases which took more than 6 months. So it is considered a risk.

I guess you should wait till your number is near current and do it 0 It only take 4 days maximum. By the way what is ur number. Mine I Think is very high more 24XXX Best of luck :D
