it\'s okay to call . dont worry It happened to me also. I also called IIO. They said they will update the AVM. But so far it did not happen. But it is okay to call and verify FP also. IIO\'s are paid to give information. If AVM is not updated then you have a right to call and find out.

sometimes they are asked If counsulate gets any doubts they will ask for all those funny proofs like company photographs etc.. otherwise they will not ask. If the H1 is from a popular company which already had some people get their stamping in India , they may not ask for any additional...

good job good job. looks like VSC is slow this month. Is it bcos August (vacation month) or bcos lot of OLD approvals (not reported on immitracker?? Next month also could be slow, bcos it will have auditing etc.. for year end (Oct 1st ).

we got it 2 days ago. we were approved on 10/16/2001 in boston. we received cards 2 days ago. So yours may be on the way. check AVM.

dont trust address forwarding. INS sends cards in normal mail. There is no way to know it is a Govt related by looking at it. So dont worry about not forwarding only certain mail., BUT be concerned about address forwarding in general. They dont always work.
