Hi, I am currently on J-1 visa as an au pair (no HRR), i already extended my J-1 and it will expire in Sept 07. The family would like me to stay and employ me as their nanny. 1) can they sponsor my GC? 2) can i apply for GC on my own? 3) what other options are there? Thank you
