Status Changed lil_joe, The case status did in change in my case and an automated email was generated stating that on so and so date we mailed you a notice to appear for finger printing. hope this information is helpful. regards, sreddy227

Did for me octfiler, when an RFE was issued for my 140, the issue date was 07/06/2004 the status changed and the LUD, the LUD changed on 07/21/2004 without any status changes, even today too after my I140 was approved yesterday, the LUD changed again this morning to 08/05/2004. Not sure...

Detials I still haven't recvd EAD or AP approvals, I filed my case at NSC. Thanks

Yeah Thank you setra2002, yeah it was really a pleasant surprise, esp my labor took 45mos(11/17/00~04/30/04) to be approved and here 140 took close to 50days, it is amazing. I hope what you said comes true, I will keep this thread updated if I should hear anything. regards, sreddy227
