It shouldn't matter where the primary applicant is, you should keep in mind that if the attorney needs any documents from you, he/she has to wait for the primary applicant to return or make alternate arrangements to provide the documents to the attorney. regards, sreddy227

Don't count on it I wouldn't suggest you to count on it to change. Although it did in my case, I have seen people receiving FP notices without any change in their LUD or status update. Most likely it will but it's not a guarantee ! ! ! ! regards, sreddy227
