Just now spoke to a fridently IIO after several redials and more than 10 minutes wait. She told me that my case has been assigned to an officer and expect a decision in 4 to 6 weeks. She also told me that they are processing the cases received around the same...
i was in the same boat
After my FP done in May01, the AVM was saying \'Case not found...\'. Then i called and spoke to an IIO and told about this. After a week, AVM is back to \'your 485 received....\' and waiting.

Find an INS approved Dr
Go to an INS approved doctor, Since your wife is pregnant, she will get a waiver for vaccines, they\'ll do only the physical exam, blood test & TB skin test. I did the same thing for my wife and got approved recently without RFE. Good luck.
