I140 Rfe Today USCIS posted a RFE notice for my I140. ND DT - OCT-29-2004 RFE DT - SEP-03-2004 I will keep you posted once my Lawyer gets the details. :confused:- washington2004

RFE On I765 & I131.
AP approved Hi some good news from me. My AP got approved on APR 7th. I submited the documents INS requested for EID/AP tracker on APR-28 got AP approved on APR 7th. Still waiting for EID approval. Does any one know how long it is going to take? cheers.- washington2004
