Hello CP Gurus my interview is next week. in Packet IV on OF-230 Part II there is question Name and Address of the Petitioner. does this mean my name and address or my company\'s name and address? what should i write on my wife\'s form? thanks

immunization and medical exam hey guys is that ok if i do both immunization and medical exam in India at Lilavati or Hinduja or Breach Candy? some people did immunization in US but medical in India while some did both here in USA. does it matter? b/c i have not read on US site anything...

my attorney got case no. through e-mail. mine is AC-140 case and P3 was send on 09/27 reached 11/03 and got case no. on 10/04. yesterday i got mail from Mumbai saying my interview will be in Dec. i didn\'t try calling today. probably will try next week.

Dec date mail from Mumbai i also tried last night but couldn\'t get through. but i had send mail on 28th Sept to which i got reply today. they say it will be in Dec. btw my AC-140 papers reached Mumbai on 3rd Oct. and i got case no. on 4th Oct. keep posting latest updates. tks.

got case no. my package reached 10/03 and my attorney got e-mail confirmation with case no. based on my e-mail exchange with the consulate i am expecting dec date. has anyone else got feedback from consulate @ Dec date?

Dec Date my AC-140 was send yesterday. last week when i checked with Mumbai they said i should get interview date in Dec but not sure of exact date. i also noticed that usually EB1/2/3 dates are after 15th and in Dec they usaully handle about 100-150 cases less than other months. so send asap...
