    pros and cons of doing FP earlier than scheduled date

    go ahead and get your FP done. It takes 15 min. at San Jose. I also got my 2nd FP done and got RFE soon after. Atleast there is a chance that this will trigger something or for 2nd option leave it to GOD.

    It should be okay. It was done previously by somebody. He submitted 1 from current & 2 from prev. employer. They should be successive.

    That means I've to file individual G-28 for each member of my family as I got RFE for individual asking same g-28 and additional for me(primary)? Yes, I did my 2nd FP on Dec,4th and then got my RFE. My wac# is wac02042.....

    All, I have received RFE for EVL, 3W2's and 3 Paystubs but also INS also asked me and family to submit G-28 form stating that applicant/beneficiary must be the one to sign on the bottom. I am AC21 case and had'nt inform INS about my change of job. I am hiring a new lawyer also. Need help...

    call and talk to immigration officer at CSC and what they say. When my parents came, they gave 1 months visa without asking them. I talked to immigration officer on phone (800 #) and he asked us to apply for extension immediately. Although I had to pay but atleast everything was legal. Move on...

    Thanks for letting me know that we have to follow up lawyers. My RFE was issued on 12th and I've not yet heard from lawyer thinking that they would inform me. Now I think I should call them.

    Thanks for posting text. I'm also expecting RFE although my lawyer has not yet received it. I suggest that if you have last 3-yrs W2 then go ahead and reply your RFE.

    more than 6 weeks after RFE

    hussein, I got my 2nd FP done on 12/5 and message changed on 12/10 about FP received and on 12/12 it again changed to RFE. I've not got that yet but it took merely a week for them to send RFE in my case. Mabe b'coz I'm Nov.,01 case.
