Marrige based gc: conditional gc 2002. 2004 had a loud argument with my wife, police came: assault on a female. I was offered deffered prosecution. 2005 I applied for permanent gc and I reaveal the facts to USCIS. permenanet gc 2005 july granted. I want to apply for citizenship. Could it be...- maridia

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum. I came to USA on J1 visa, hold it for 3 years, got the waver and than I moved to h1b visa. I'm on h1b for about one year. Can I hold j1 visa again? Pls advice Thx!!!:)- maridia
