I just called got the same response, mine reached chicago on oct' 21st 2002. It is not been assigned to any one yet. Mine is NON-RIR. She is saying that she not able to give any additional information at this time.

Please let us know if any NON-RIR case is approved recently. I am waiting for last 11 months on my NON-RIR application in Chicago DOL. they moved one month in last 8 months. Mine is October 2002 receive date. Please update of any NON-RIR cases will be grately appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Re: susrinu Thats right my case is NON-RIR, so it should do two more months before it get to October. But to move from June 2002 to July 2002 it took almost 6 months. Any idea how long it might take for my case. Thanks Sri

My application is recived in DOT on 10/21/2002 and it has not been approved till now, does any body know how long it might take. Thanks Sri
