Hello all, i am starting this thread just for knowledge purpose. Let's assume that a child born for the couple(working on a non immigrant visa l1/h1) and acquired the citizenship by birth in u.s. Does the couple are entitled to get permanent residence in u.s.? their visas can be adjusted?

Hi umashankar, according to information in hyderabad consulate website, winter is the peak time with many applicants try to get visas. So it will be hard to get appointment for interview. Few minutes ago, i saw only one date(december 14) available for english interviews. Maybe it may not last...
