NIW 140 and 485 approved It doesn't matter. i am a 100 % post doc and my NIW as well as 485 approved recently after RFE :)- avs101

turned lucky, hope it works soon for everyone Just recived the email for I485 approval for my wife at 1 PM, hope they don't hold back the card. here is the history 2003 : recieved my GC 2004 : got married , wife on J-1 got really upset to find out that it would take 5-6 years to get family...- avs101
