    EAD Renewal ... EAD is valid for one year - there is currently (as far as I know) no limit on the number of times that an EAD can be renewed. Certain local INS offices (Boston is one example) will allow you to go in and apply for and get the card in the same day.

    Can someone apply for two I-485 from two different employer at the same time??

    No .. If you apply for a 485 with a new employer, the previous one MUST be withdrawn - if it is not, INS will deny the application and the possibility of an appeal is slim.
