For item #3, I guess you should be providing both I-94 # and A# since you have it. That's what I did for my 2nd AoS application as I had A# from first one
A# is assigned to an individual only once by USCIS and should be used across all applications doesn't matter if the categories/basis are...
Is anyone seeing their LUDs change? I have not seen my (and wife's) LUDs change since the time the applications started appearing on the website which is back in Jan 2009.
Any other updates from anyone else?
My case being under F3B category, got an RFE on my wife's application requesting evidence for the basis of her I-485 application even though I had included copy of my approved I-130.
RFE response reached USCIS on 2/18.
BTW FP was done on 2/5 but so not see any LUD change from the time original...
My hunch was the same too. Either the applications got separated or maybe the I-130 approval notice that I had sent with my wife's application got misplaced by individual handling the papers since its just one sheet of paper.

We did submit a copy of I-130 approval, marriage certificate and other documents (like previous H4 approvals, joint tax returns, etc.) as part of my wife's I-485 application.
BTW I also have a copy of my I-130 application (by my mother) where my wife's details were provided. Would it be...
