Dnt know whats going on its been 9 days since they published Visa Bulletin bt why noboday has received Second Not. Yet?? Sounds smthing bigger gonna happen next But I guess they have bulky num of Selectee for the month of April so they are still working for the large number of Dv Selectee.....

Thats exactely right.......there are diffeing rent procedure between AOS and Dv won being won in your own country........Second notification is available in ECS checking method and we dont have to fill the form and submit any kind but we have to dero our medical and they let us know about the...

We are not talking about AOS but we are talking about DV second letter from KCC........so have you guys got it recently........maybe today or tomorrow that will be on your doorstep........keep checking ECS......... http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ESC/

It means the 2nd notification, I mean advance notification about your interview date according to the current Case for the month of April which has just been released 6 days ago.....
