I don't think you should go ahead without this information. Because if INS send an RFE for EVL, then EVL must have same/similar title and duties. You can actually get copies of 750 forms from FOIA.

I did not inform INS when i changed employer. My I-140 was approved and i changed employer 170 days of filing I485. You also don't have to inform INS as this isn't the requirement. Just go ahead and change the employer but make sure to get the offer letter from new employer that has...
