I just wanna know , is it required to nenew EAD since i am not going to use it at all. In case i use it , status of my spouse become illegal.I have to maintain H1B status until priority date become current so thet my spouse can file 485.

My EAD was approved last year and is valid until September 2006. I recently applied for my H1B extension as my spouse is on H4. I have not used EAD and wont be able to take advantage of it until my spouse file 485. Could someone tell me if I apply renewal of my EAD. Will appreciate your input.
