I have been receiving updates since taken fingerprints on 04/02/07 1-1485 LUD:02/15/07, 04/02/07, 04/03/07, 04/04/07, 04/05/07 1-140 Lud: 02/15/07, 03/28/07 (pp upgrade), 04/04/07, 04/05/07 Does it mean they are working on my file? Please Gurus, let me know about this. I am worried.

I think you might want to wait until your green card is being approved otherwise your pending application has 100% chance of being denied. I will recommend you talk to a good Attorny about it.

My case was upgraded to premium processing on 02/28/07 and it's still pending. Is this normal? Please let me know for I am a little bit worried.

I think you might want to read Andy's reply to my question again. What he wrote did not mean that. He said FP 3 is for 1-1485 FP2 for EAD if you did electronic filing( not for paper filing).

If you have had an approval on 1-140 and your 1-1485 has been pending for 180 days, then you are good to go but any thing less than 180days is subject to denial.
