Is It OK to use premium service for EB1A while NIW is still pending?

Sorry I haven't read through all the mail. You have already got the RFE. I think as other guys said, you should provide mpre details about those awards and the meeting like how many people attend, how many aplicants, how many got award etc. It's a easy job. You should get approval soon. Good luck!
