Just for record: my wife become a naturalized citizen (Certificate of Naturalization) on Jan 11, 2008. The notice date for her N400 at TSC was Nov 20, 2007. That translates to about eight weeks from start to finish, not even discounting for the holidays and New Year. That's pretty speedy...
