    hmmm... I was wondering if you hired a lawyer to file this petition. Your backgroud seems to be strong enough. Did you try tp prove more than these three criteria, such as reviewing journal papers etc?

    H1 transfer denied - New H1 approved

    Your visa stamp lasts till June 2006. The US embassy in my country does not issue a new stamp in this kind of case and tell you to use the previous stamp with your new approval notice. I wonder if I really have to get a new stamp or getting a new I-94 by re-entering the US is enough. Has anyone...

    EB1-OR or EB1-EA

    If you can get a letter from a senator, does it increase your chance of getting GC? Or it will be just another recommendation letter, and does not make much difference?

    EB1 EA, what awards are considered acceptable by INS

    The who's who thing is sent to almost anyone who has published a paper in a conference proceeding or a journal. So I do not think it would work.
