I got the reply I faxed FBI for name check results on 9/16. And they replied on 10/15. It took about a month.

My friend's 140 was approved in 11 days. (ND: 8/11/2004, AD: 8/24/2004). Isn't it amazing? I wonder if he was selected to pilot program. He just filed his 485 today. Maybe soon he will get the 485 notice?
