hi spb999, my lawer didn't ask me to provide the w2, tax return when submited the I-140. I got a question about the tax return since the INS request it in my RFE...I am not sure what they are looking for? do they need to see my 1040 form? For the W-2, I can understand, but for the tax...

Hi spb999, My lin # is "Lin-04-137-53XXX", and the RD is the same day as ND on 04/13/04. I got a RFE ND on 05/14/04 and received the paper noticfication on 05/2104. Thanks.

I got the paper notificaiton today. The INS is asking for the "evdince of the ability to pay", and my W-2 and tax return. Good luck !!!
