Hi Speakamericano, I am not planning to send any originals. Just wanted to know if they mean 2 sets or 3 sets of documents. I am just so frustrated with the cryptic instructions.

The new form for renunciation of citizenship asks for "TEHSIL" where you were born. Has anyone submitted this form without the TEHSIL since I have no idea what it is. Also, item 5 is Father's name and item 6 is date of birth. Whose date of birth is that? Applicants or Fathers? Item 1 already...
