I think am going to be in the same shoes as you, i would have become an LPR for 3 years on the 17th but i have been scheduled for interview on the 10th. I guess its going to be postponed for about a week then.

houstonian, Thanks for the encouragement, i would feel much happier if only i can even get my biometrics, so far no luck on that yet so am still waiting. I am hoping i wont have to do the biometrics just like some people and i they would just suprise me with an interview letter...

I had biometrics for my I-751 on the 18th of December last year, l.e about 10 months ago. I sincerely hope its what you are saying.
