Your father can include you in his application only if "you are unmarried and under 21 yrs of age" when applying in DV 2016. If that is not the case and you are already 21 yrs you could apply yourself provided you are eligible as per the requirements of DV visa

Biju, you can send a mail to KCC to unlock your DS 260 form and then re-enter your spouse details......in your interview you must have supporting document for marriage and the date of marriage should be after you have applied the DV and the DS 260 form

I agree with you Sussie..... Renyk's application will be disqualified during interview ....... It is very clear in the instructions. It is pretty sad although being the winner he will still not be able to make use of it........

@SusieQQQ I have another query on this subject. I read in this forum that the sponsor need not to be a relative. He may be a friend even. Hope that is true. Now my question is what about the status of the sponsor. Is he necessary to be a citizen of US or a green card holder is fine?? Thanks

@Britsimon - just a small clarification - what should my wife select for Highest Level of education out of the options - she has 12 years of elementary education + 3 Yrs University (Bachelors Degree) + 2 yrs Post Graduate Diploma (not a masters degree) - I guess she should select (6) University...

@vladek15425 you are absolutely correct, its very sad to read it. There was another story few days back in this forum of a young boy who was cheated by a photogragher & his DOB was entered wrongly with multiple entries.......i feel pitty for him....

And yes provided in her application of DV 2016 my details are also entered...

@Britsimon - One small clarification. If she gets selected and visa is issued to both of us, I hope we both have equal rights to live & work in US. Isn't??
