Hi 140_485, I work for a big corp with no layoffs at all. So getting the RFE for Ability to Pay was surprising. The lawyers handled it by sending some more company documents. It seemed to have worked because I got the approvals within a week of the documents being received.

Thanks, No emails from INS. Lawyer received the Original Approval letters and I received a courtesy copy in a week. No change to LUD for either I140/I485 on INS site. I got my passport stamped today. Waiting for the physical card now...
