    Answers Answers to your queries- I did check on my NC status by calling TSC in March 2007- they told me that it was pending from October 2006. I did approach my senator's office which replied saying they could not help in expediting the name check process.

    Reply to Docny The USCIS initial processing is depicted by the center processing date- aka when they change the date they have made their ruling on the case either sent it to the DOS or sent it back to you (rejected/request for more eveidence) They take 3-4 months to process each...
