No Title I do not think you have a problem either. Once you get your AD card you are no longer on an H1. Also as long as you have a valid passport you should be fine. Finally, to get peace of mind, call your lawyer and confirm this.- Yordan Hariskov

No Title Hi, About the expired passport, my lawyer assured me that it would not be a problem to get my temporary green card visa stamped to my I-94.
