Post RFE Processing time
No Title NSC issued RFE on 5/10 regarding the H1\'s, I-94, employment letter and name change letter from company. Responded to RFE on 5/16, NSC updated the AVM on 6/4 says this case takes 400 + days, but since the intial process is completed the time to process this case is 0 days ....- rk1 kr1

EAD expiring, renewal is not yet approved, what to do ? Please advise
My current EAD is going to expire on 6/6/01, Applied for renwal on 3/20 ( not yet 90 days). What to do ? Please advise. Recently I got an RFE for my 485, will it delay the EAD too. RK1- rk1 kr1

Questions about NSC AVM updates for RFE response..
No Title In my case still they haven\'t changed the AVM, Lawyer told that they replied to RFE on 5/16 by fedex. So NSC might have received by 17th or 18th (Friday). No update till now.- rk1 kr1

Q1. How long do they take to update the AVM once they rcvd the response for RFE. Q2. If an INS officer opens my file and issues RFE, when I respond does it go to the same officer or to a different one. Q3. Any recent POST RFE approvals, How long they are taking after they rcvd RFE...- rk1 kr1
