No Title Good letter VSC/485. Representing facts and yet very polite! A few questions. Did you send the letter by e-mail? Do you know (by experience or any other means) that this kind of individual communication resulted in positive actions from INS in the past?- Chu Pika

Message indicated that our I485s got Approved.

Is INS is strictly going to process by FIFOs
No Title Do you think there are a lot of 98 last quarter cases? How sure can we be that INS would process cases in FIFO? Even so, FIFO based on what? PD/RD/ND/FP?
