AVM unchanged I thought I'll mention that this morning (around 7 AM PST) I checked the AVM version of the status, and it was unchanged: "....it is taking between 160 and 180 days to process...."

I expect my WAC-02-047-5xxxx case to be approved any day now. I've AP for kids (ages 7 & 9) expiring 01/03; they're held back by my ex; against custody agreement. Would there be an issue with 485 approval if kids are not in US?
